Global Communications Technology

Global Communications Technology is about building an innovative communications and technology infrastructure so that United Methodists can share life-saving and life-changing messages throughout the world. Through this initiative, we empower leaders to impact ministry with the poor, improve global health, provide education and training for leaders and create renewed and new congregations through the power of communication.

The Global Communications Technology team at United Methodist Communications is committed to:

- improving access to information through same-day and sustained communications tools such as mass text messaging and internet connectivity
- putting our church on the map and facilitating quicker and more efficient response through global mapping
- engaging in programmatic partnerships that allow us to apply skills and know-how to create positive change
