What's inside
- Agenda (pages 2–3). The schedule for each day, October 20–24, with times and rooms at Knox United Church.
- Logistics (pages 4–5). Venue, registration and badge pickup, meals, transportation, technology, weather and attire, and contacts.
- Restaurant guide (page 6). Options for dinners on your own, sorted by price.
- Pre-work for all (page 7). Ten sentences every participant completes before coming to the Gathering.
- Breakout sessions (pages 8–11). How covenant cohorts and covenant groups work, with each group’s lens, room, and cohort plenary speaker.
- Overview, daily flow, and covenant group forms (pages 12–26). A guide for each of the three days of covenant group work, plus the forms each group’s recorder submits online.
Before you arrive
- Complete the pre-work. Every participant is expected to complete the ten sentences on page 7 before the Gathering.
