This free, virtual session is designed for Annual Conference, District and local church leaders who want practical tools to evaluate pay disparities for clergy. Participants will learn step-by-step methods for conducting a salary study, including how to gather compensation data, benchmark roles against comparable positions, analyze pay equity across gender and demographic lines, and translate findings into actionable next steps.
Katrena King, GCSRW director of monitoring and resource development, will lead this conversation and provide valuable resources.
