About General Conference 2028

New for 2028

• The 2028 event will prominently feature our sponsors and vendors in the main walkway of the Minneapolis Convention Center, giving them unlimited access and exposure to our attendees throughout the four days. Sponsors will be in the gray areas on Level One.
• Sponsors and Vendors will be present during the first four days of the event for Registration and Opening Worship as General Conference kicks off.
• Vendors will be part of a "Vendor Village" in the enclosed 101 rooms of the MCC across from Halls B & C where plenary will take place. The United Methodist Publishing House Bookstore will also be located in this space.

The Fine Print

Vetting

The Commission on General Conference reserves the right to vet all potential sponsors and vendors for General Conference 2028 to ensure they are in line with the United Methodist Church's social principles. Once you register through the registration link, we will begin the vetting process and send a confirmation email for you to complete the registration process.

Dates and Location

Sponsors and Vendors will be present for the beginning of General Conference May 8–11.

Space Allocations

• Booth spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis. Booth assignments will begin in March 2028.
• All display and vendor spaces will include a table and two chairs in a designated 10×10 space.
• Additional items, such as electricity, internet connections, and additional furnishings must be purchased separately through the decorator.
