January 2026 - Logo revealed and files provided, worship leader recruitment

December 2025 - Delegate count info sent to resident bishops and annual conference secretaries

November 2025 - Full Commission meeting

August - October 2025 - Alternative Task Team bi-monthly meetings

May 2025 - Venue announced, task team formed to explore alternative participation options given travel bans

December 2024 - Constitutional educational materials given to Annual Conferences

The 2024 General Conference passed several proposed amendments to United Methodist Constitution. These unique pieces of legislation became offficial on November 5, 2025 after being ratified by a two-thirds affirmative vote of the aggregate of members to the annual conferences.
