Ethnic Young Adult EYA Program
Ethnic Young Adult EYA Program

Through the EYA program, young adults can immerse themselves in justice‑focused work and advocacy while connecting with United Methodists worldwide.

Are you a young justice seeker eager to explore your faith and identity while deepening your understanding of justice? The Ethnic Young Adult (EYA) program offers a transformative opportunity to engage in meaningful work and advocacy, all while building connections with fellow United Methodists around the world.

The EYA Program is an eight-week program during the summer session of June and July.

As an EYA intern, you will gain practical professional experience with a Church and Society staff member while engaging deeply with concepts of justice and spiritual practices through a weekly cohort program.

Interns will be provided with dorm-style housing in Washington, DC, and will participate in cohort programming that fosters connection with members of the worldwide UMC connection.
