General Board of Church and Society

Peace with Justice Grants: Funding for projects is generated by local churches and Conferences from the Peace with Justice Sunday offering which “witnesses to God’s demand for a faithful, just, disarmed, and secure world.”

Mustard Seed Migration Grant

UMCOR’s Mustard Seed Migration Grant program encourages U.S.-based United Methodist churches to engage in community-based ministries with migrants and refugees in their midst.

CORR Action Fund Grants for the United States: dedicated to expanding mental health support for historically underserved communities.

United Methodist Communications

Leonard M. Perryman Communications Scholarship for Racial Ethnic Minority Students

The $2,500 Leonard M. Perryman Communications Scholarship for Racial Ethnic Minority Students is awarded by United Methodist Communications to an ethnic minority United Methodist undergraduate pursuing religion journalism or mass communications at an accredited U.S. college or university. Applications are due by March 15 each calendar year.

Stoody-West Fellowship

The $6,000 Stoody-West Fellowship assists one United Methodist student in their post-graduate study at an accredited U.S. college or university who intends to pursue a career in religious journalism. Applications are due by March 15 each calendar year.
