This three-day training starts with relationships and builds toward collective action.

During this three-day Spanish-English training event you’ll learn:
- Build public relationships through 1:1 conversations
- Identify leaders and grow leadership capacity
- Discern issues rooted in your community’s reality
- Take action that leads to real change
We encourage pastors, church leaders, students, young adults, and anyone with a heart for ministry and mission to attend this event.
As a co-sponsor of the event, United Methodists are eligible to register at the discounted member rate $250.
