In response to the needs voiced by CRCC clergy across the connection, including the desire for sustained fellowship, emotional and spiritual nourishment, and peer support, GCORR successfully launched our new cohort-based resource designed to accompany CRCC clergy in their ongoing ministry journeys.
These small groups offer opportunities to learn alongside colleagues and a trained facilitator while tending to spiritual grounding, emotional well-being, and professional growth.
One of our Spring 2026 participants stated:
This cohort provided meaningful connection and peer support. I especially appreciated the opportunity to share openly and vulnerably with other pastors in a safe and supportive environment. Those conversations were encouraging and reminded me that we are not alone in the challenges of ministry. I found the cohort curriculum to be very valuable, especially because the real-life ministry examples made the content practical and easy to apply.
