January 2026 - Logo revealed and files provided, worship leader recruitment
December 2025 - Delegate count info sent to resident bishops and annual conference secretaries
November 2025 - Full Commission meeting
August - October 2025 - Alternative Task Team bi-monthly meetings
May 2025 - Venue announced, task team formed to explore alternative participation options given travel bans
December 2024 - Constitutional educational materials given to Annual Conferences
November 2024 - First full in-person meeting for the new Commission. New Secretary of the General Conference begins
August 2024 - Ratification process for constitutional amendments announced
