The Judicial Council in receipt of a cross-appeal by counsel for the church, in the case of Robert Wong

Digest

The Judicial Council is in receipt of a cross-appeal by counsel for the church, in the case of Robert Wong. We have also received and reviewed, with the cross-appeal, the reply of February 11, 1986 by counsel for the accused. Two further rejoinders, dated March 3, 1986 and April 5, 1986, from counsel for the church have been received.

After reviewing the proceedings of the trial, the appeal, and the documents related to the cross-appeal, it is our judgment that no further appeals shall be allowed. The cross-appeal is denied. (See Decisions 563 and 564.)
