Deadlines for Submission of Briefs:
- Friday, August 8, 2025: Deadline for electronic filing of Briefs. Must be transmitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time USA [UTC: 8 August 2025, 06:59].
- Monday, August 18, 2025: Deadline for electronic filing of Reply Briefs. Must be transmitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time USA [UTC: 18 August 2025, 06:59].
- Hardcopies must be received no later than Thursday, August 21, 2025 for distribution to Judicial Council members.
