Memorandum Number 1191

In Decision 1189, we remanded the cause to the Baltimore-Washington Annual Conference with instructions to comply fully with the terms of Decision 1156. We retained jurisdiction in order to monitor Annual Conference compliance with the decision and directed that evidence of compliance be submitted to the Judicial Council no later than July 15, 2011. We note that evidence of full compliance with the requirements of Decision 1156 has been provided. Judicial Council jurisdiction is hereby terminated.
