The Rev. Morris Floyd has requested reconsideration of Decision No. 524, saying it was based upon an erroneous statement of fact to the effect that he was requested to accept a pastoral appointment but failed to do so. Bishop Tuell has indicated that we were mistaken in that regard but says his ruling was an interpretation of the Discipline as a general principle of law made without regard to any particular case or individual.

We hereby correct the mistaken statement of fact. It was not significant in our decision and the correction does not affect our ruling. Further reconsideration is denied.
