Request from the New York Annual Conference for a Declaratory Decision Regarding an Annual Conference Policy That Affirms that Article XXI of the Articles of Religion in ¶ 103 Takes Precedence Over ¶ 2702 That Prohibits Same Sex Marriage for Clergy

NOTE: Implementation of the Annual Conference policy is stayed pending Judicial Council review.
