Bishop Jack Tuell was asked to give a ruling as to the validity of a proposed resolution entitled "Long Term Commitments" in light of disciplinary provisions regarding homosexuality. The ruling as written is not a decision of law. Accordingly, the Judicial Council does not have jurisdiction.
