Filing Deadlines
Deadlines for Submission of Briefs:
- Saturday, July 15, 2023: Electronic submission of Petitions for Declaratory Decisions and Bishop’s Rulings of Law must be made to the Judicial Council Secretary by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time USA on July 15, 2023 [UTC: 16 July 2023 by 06:59] for consideration during the fall session.
- Wednesday, August 30, 2023: Deadline for electronic filing of Briefs. Must be transmitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time USA [UTC: 31 August 2023 by 06:59].
- Saturday, September 9, 2023: Deadline for electronic filing of Reply Briefs. Must be transmitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time USA [UTC: 10 September 2023 by 06:59]. Hard copies of Reply Briefs must be received no later than Tuesday, September 12, 2023, for distribution to Judicial Council members.
