Deadlines for Submission of Briefs:

  • Wednesday, April 3, 2024: Deadline for electronic filing of Briefs. Must be transmitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time USA [UTC: 04 April 2024, 06:59].
  • Sunday, April 7, 2024: Deadline for electronic filing of Reply Briefs. Must be transmitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time USA [UTC: 8 April 2024, 06:59].
  • Hardcopies must be received no later than April 10, 2024 for distribution to Judicial Council members.
